Perkins Eastman DC created a master plan and conceptual design to serve as a road map for the campus repositioning of Ingleside at Rock Creek. As the premier retirement community in the District, the key objective is to position this life plan community as a 21st century “Center of Excellence” that serves the needs of current residents, appeals to future generations of seniors, and preserves the natural beauty of Rock Creek Park.
